Since 2009. Still obsessed.
I grew up in Missouri City, Texas. Mo'City. My dad was a loud Chinese man with an East Texas accent who loved dove hunting and softball. My mom raised us with her creative spirit and one rule: never depend on anyone for money.

I spent 14 years in elite gymnastics and earned a D1 scholarship in California. Then my freshman year, my dad got sick. He was gone eight weeks later, and I never went back to the gym.
At 19, I decided I could be a victim of that year or I could build something out of it. I chose to build.
I moved to Austin for UT, my dad's school. Junior year, I spent the $500 in my bank account on a real estate license. My first deal was an $800 a month rental. I was hooked.
Nobody taught me how to invest, so I taught myself. I found mentors and got in rooms with smart people. More than 100 investment deals later, I learned the real asset was never the property. It was the people in those rooms. So I started building my own.
Real estate is how I earn trust. What I build with it is bigger.
My media company. Events, content, and the people worth knowing in Austin. Life is better in good company.
My home and event space, where poker nights, dinners, and the best conversations happen.
My newsletter. Market intel, local finds, and what I'm actually doing with my own money.
Buying, selling, building, booking a speaker, or hosting? Here are the five ways we can work together.
"Chloe's approach was the opposite of what we expected. She toured the competing listing in our neighborhood herself, then recommended we price at the top of the market. She predicted almost to the dollar what that other home would sell for, and we closed $26,000 above it. If you're selling in Austin, especially anything complicated, call Chloe yesterday!"
