The house I built for good company.

Chateau Chloe is my home in East Austin, opened up for dinners, shoots, productions, and brand houses. Over 3,500 guests have come through the doors this year.

The story

From raw land to a house people come back to.

I started with an empty lot and built this house from the ground up. Every room is custom, designed around the thing I care about most: getting the right people in one room.

The design takes its cue from New Orleans, where contradictions read as character. Black steel windows next to candlelight. A formal salon that ends in a speakeasy. A courtyard pool made for long nights.

Before you book.

What kinds of experiences do you offer?

Five: Private Dining from $3,450, Creator Day from $750, Film House Buyout (custom quoted), Brand House Takeover from $10,000, and Private Event from $5,000 with full estate access.

How far ahead should I book?

Two to four weeks for Creator Days. Four to eight weeks for Private Dining and events.

What's included, and what can I add?

Every booking includes venue access, on-site staff, basic furniture, and cleaning. Pool staging, speakeasy access, and additional spaces are add-ons, so you only pay for the rooms your day needs. Outside vendors are welcome, so bring your own caterer, florist, or crew. If you're serving alcohol, a licensed bartender is required.

What about parking and accessibility?

Parking is on site, plus street parking. The first floor and outdoor spaces are accessible.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel 30 or more days out and your full deposit is refunded. Larger events need a certificate of insurance. The estate does not offer overnight stays.

How many guests can the estate hold?

Private Dining seats up to 24. Full estate events and brand takeovers hold larger groups. Tell us your count and we'll build around it.
